Recent studies also show that the average woman spends 17 years of his life to dieting. A new study conducted by Diet Chef discover that the dieter (people who go on a diet) on average trying to lose weight more than 9 times during his life.

British researchers found the average woman's diet twice a year, with a weight loss of 5 kg each diet. From the health data, the average British woman's life expectancy is 82 years and the average weight was 70 kg. Therefore, if women start a diet at the age of 18 he would lose weight 9.1 times.

And if she spent 7 weeks on the diet twice a year, she will spend about 17.2 years of his life to the diet.

Researchers found that less than 1 percent of the respondents were able to diet for 12 months for a year and a third of women reported at least 6 months per year.
